COVID-19 Information

Due to the increased number of Covid cases in our service areas, we will continue our current policy of keeping our office doors locked to normal customer traffic.

In-Office Appointments
For your convenience, we are offering “in office” service BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. For the safety of you and our staff only those with appointments will be admitted to our offices. Please call 319-647-3131 for assistance or to request an appointment.
When you come in the office, we will do a temperature check and require you to wear a mask.

In-Home and Business Visits

  • For the safety of our field personnel, you will be asked if you or anyone in your household is experiencing any illness that might put our technicians at risk.
  • If you have an appointment already scheduled but begin exhibiting any concerning symptoms, please call us to reschedule your appointment.
  • On the day of your appointment, someone from our office will call to see if anything has changed, confirm the appointment time and reschedule if necessary.
  • Our staff will take appropriate safety measures to ensure your and their safety.

If You Are Sick or in Quarantine
If you or anyone in your household is sick or has recently tested positive or if anyone is currently in quarantine, we ask that you please not come into the office or ask our personnel to enter your home or place of business. Let us know and we’ll be happy to reschedule your appointment.

Even though our office doors are locked, please know our staff is here during our normal business hours to assist you. We can do a lot over the phone or remotely.
