Enjoy the ease and convenience of eBilling. This online service provides the availability to manage your account any time of the day or night.

Our ebill platform allows you to set up your profile, where you can:

  • Review your monthly invoice

  • Pay using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Electronic Check, Paypal, Venmo, Google Pay & Apple Pay 

  • Set up automatic or scheduled payments or one-time quick payments without registration

  • Your ebill account will start to store your past bills and payment history

  • You can get notifications for payments and due dates

Customers without an ebill account can make payments, using online and pay by phone options (see below) 


To Register for eBilling

  1. Click on the ‘Login to eBilling’ button. You will need a valid email address, contact info and provide answers to 2 security questions. If you want to bypass registering an account, and make a one-time payment, you just need your account number & payment information.

  2. From the Login screen, choose ‘Register Now’ to setup your new account

  3. Complete the ‘New Account Information’. Your Login ID is your email address.

  4. Once you’re in Customer Portal, click ‘Add Account’.

  5. Add your account number (found on your bill - excluding the leading zeros). Check the box ‘I agree to the Payment Authorization Terms’ and click ‘Add Account’.

  6. You have the option to add multiple accounts if needed such as paying a personal and a business account.  Like the old eBill platform, you will need to add your payment method to your wallet before a payment can be made. If you try to pay a bill without adding a payment method to the wallet, the portal would alert you to add a payment method first.

  7. Choose the amount of payment you want to make, payment date (Now or Later) and your Payment Method.

One-Time Online Payments without Setting Up an Account

  1. If you would like to make a one-time online payment, without setting up an account, choose ‘Login to eBilling’, then click on the ‘Pay Now’ button rather than clicking ‘Login’.

  2. Add your account number and choose ‘Remember my accounts on this device’ if you don’t want to add it in the future.

One-Time Call-In Payments

If you would like to make a payment via phone, please call 866-793-0243. Payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Discover & Electronic check. 

Mail-in Payments

Payments via Cash & Check are still accepted with no fees. Payments can be mailed to PO Box H, Victor, IA 52347
